Today is an excellent time to start sending yourself positive and inspiring messages about your body. One of my favorite ways to instantly feel more beautiful is to take time to do my hair and makeup. When I’m made up, I just feel better and more attractive. Doing your hair and makeup actually does not have to take a big chunk of your day. You just need to find a makeup and hair routine that makes you feel and look beautiful without requiring much time. You’ll be astonished at how much difference 15 minutes can make in how you look and feel after you spend those minutes fixing your hair and applying some makeup.

I went out and bought an entirely new makeup collection when I was pregnant just to change it up, and tried out new hairstyles. Maybe it was the hormones, maybe it was my desire to hold onto my sexy non-pregnant self, but having these simple additions to my wardrobe made me feel good, and will help you feel amazing and beautiful too, I am sure.
Don’t be afraid to be trendy and stylish while you transition throughout your pregnancy even at 40 weeks pregnant I was still rocking skinny jeans and cute flats even though my sweats were so inviting.

Getting 30 minutes of exercise such as walking or swimming can do the trick. First check with your doctor to see if you can do at least a few days a week.
